Data Retention Policy
How long each kind of data is kept.
Technical data deleted automatically
- Analytics events: 13 months.
- Rate-limit records: 2 days.
- Temporary upload tickets: 1 day.
- Browser error reports: the period set in settings (90 days by default).
- Read notifications: the period set in settings (365 days by default).
Business records
Requests, quotations, contracts, invoices, payments and the audit log are kept as long as the contractual, accounting and regulatory relationship needs. They are not deleted automatically; their final periods are set after a qualified review.
Consents
Consent and acceptance records are kept as evidence and carry only an anonymous identifier after an account is deleted.
Deletion on request
On an accepted deletion request we delete the account and de-identify contacts not tied to financial or contractual records, and keep the records that must stay without your identity as far as possible.
