Cancellation and refund requests are reviewed case by case, and the site owner decides each request after reviewing it. This version sets no fixed refund percentages or time limits; what is agreed for a particular service appears in the accepted quotation or contract.
What the system does today
The platform records refund requests, the owner's decisions and payment verification in a ledger that cannot be edited, without fixing percentages or time limits.
