How services are delivered and what to expect.
Scope
Each service is defined by its scope, deliverables and schedule in the accepted quotation or contract. Anything not in them is out of scope and additions are handled by a written change order.
Prices
Prices are shown as set by the site owner in the admin and apply to new purchases only. Issued invoices and accepted quotations keep the price at issue or acceptance.
Client responsibilities
Provide the information and materials needed on time and answer approval requests. Delays may move the schedule.
Delivery and acceptance
Deliverables are handed over in the agreed stages and your approval is requested through the platform. Silence is not automatic acceptance.
Support
Any support after delivery is defined in the contract.
