Payment and Installment Policy

• Bank transfer to the account shown on the invoice. After transferring you upload proof, and the site owner verifies it before the invoice counts as paid.
• Online card payment is not available today and will be shown only if the site owner enables it and says so.

Invoices are issued in Saudi riyals. The current invoice is not an electronic tax invoice and is not presented as one until the tax requirements have had a qualified review.

The site owner may split an invoice into stages with set amounts and dates according to their settings. You see paid stages, the remaining balance and the next stage in your portal. The stages add up to the invoice total.

A late stage shows as "overdue" and you may get a reminder inside the platform. The platform does not send e-mail today.

Refunds are governed by the cancellation and refund policy once it is approved.
