Who owns the content and the deliverables.
Site content
The site's text, design, images, videos and projects belong to the site owner or their owners and may not be copied or republished without written permission, apart from ordinary quotation with credit.
Client deliverables
Ownership of delivered work and rights to use it are set in the contract. Unless the contract says otherwise, no rights pass before amounts due are paid.
Client materials
Materials you provide stay yours and you grant us the right to use them as needed to perform the service.
Past work
The site owner may show past work in the portfolio with the client's permission or as the contract provides.
