How to ask to access, correct or delete your data.
What you can ask for
- To see your data and get a copy.
- To correct inaccurate data.
- To delete your data and account.
- To object to a particular processing.
How to ask
Write to mohammedalwadani@outlook.com saying what you ask for. We verify your identity before handing over or deleting anything.
Timing
We aim to answer within 30 days of receiving the request, and you see the due date and the status.
What is not deleted
Financial and contractual records, the audit log and consent records stay as the retention policy says, and we will tell you what stayed and why.
Refusal
We may refuse a request we cannot verify or that conflicts with a legal obligation, and we will give the reason.
