Contracting Terms
How a contract is formed and how acceptance is recorded.
Formation
A contract exists when you accept a quotation or contract sent to you through the platform. Each accepted version is kept as is and never edited; later changes are made by a new version, a written amendment or a change order.
Acceptance record
On acceptance we record your account, the time, the document version and its digital fingerprint (SHA-256), and some device details needed as evidence.
Electronic signature
Acceptance through the platform is a record of consent, not a qualified electronic signature. If you need a qualified signature it must be agreed in writing.
Change orders
Changes to scope, price or schedule are documented in a change order linked to the original contract without editing it.
Termination
Termination and cancellation terms are set in the contract itself.
